Returns & Refunds
At Levante Verde, we take pride in delivering fresh, vibrant microgreens, microherbs, and edible flowers straight to your door.
Please note: Due to the perishable and living nature of our products, we cannot accept standard returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at:

Include a photo of the issue so we can assess the situation. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

All perishable goods, including microgreens, microherbs, edible flowers, and any living plants.

Custom or personalized products.

Sale items or gift cards.
Unfortunately, these items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about your order.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we recommend contacting us immediately. Once your issue is approved, we will arrange a replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, for shipments into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for non-perishable items.

Your item must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging.

Include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Perishable items are exempt from this rule.
Refunds
If your return is accepted, we will notify you and process the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.
