Freshness First

At Levante Verde, we harvest and pack every order fresh to order to ensure maximum quality and vitality.
Our products are living and perishable, so shipping speed and care are essential to guarantee freshness upon arrival.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Spain and selected EU countries.
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@levanteverde.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Local Delivery (Tarifa & nearby areas):
    Hand-delivered by our team for the freshest possible experience.
    Delivery within 24 hours of harvest.

  • National Express Shipping (Spain):
    Via DHL Express, SEUR, or UPS — usually 1–2 business days.
    Orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday to prevent weekend delays.

  • EU Express Shipping:
    For selected EU destinations. Transit time: 2–4 business days.
    Includes insulated packaging and cooling elements for optimal freshness.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are typically harvested and shipped the same or next day.

  • Orders placed after Thursday will be shipped on Monday, to ensure your greens do not sit in transit over the weekend.

Packaging & Freshness Guarantee

We ship all perishable items in eco-friendly insulated packaging with cooling packs to maintain ideal temperature and moisture.
If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours with photos at hello@levanteverde.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Local delivery (Tarifa area): Free for orders over €25

  • Spain Express Shipping: €6.90 flat rate

  • EU Express Shipping: From €14.90 (calculated at checkout)

Shipping costs may vary depending on weight, distance, and packaging requirements.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses, but we’ll always do our best to assist and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
